Return Claim Form

Use this form to file a return claim on product purchased from LUXE Protection Films. Every claim is reviewed by the LUXE warranty desk and answered within 2 business days with a decision and, where approved, an RMA number and return address.

Returns received without an RMA number are refused. File the claim first, then ship.

Filing an installed-film defect instead? That is a warranty matter — use the LUXE Limited Warranty process.

Before you start — have this ready

Origin of purchase — luxeppfilms.com, a LUXE sales representative, an authorized distributor, or a trade show. Name the distributor if the purchase was not direct.
Purchase date and delivery date
Order or invoice number
Proof of purchase — invoice, packing slip, or receipt (PDF, JPG, or PNG)
Product details — SKU, size, and roll or lot number
Photographs — required for transit damage claims: the carton as received, the shipping label, and the damaged product

What happens next

Acknowledgement. The warranty desk confirms receipt of your claim.
Review — 2 business days. LUXE reviews the claim against the Returns & Refunds Policy and may request additional photographs or documentation.
Decision and RMA. Approved claims receive an RMA number and the return address by email. Write the RMA number on the outside of the carton.
Ship it back. Return shipping is paid by the sender, insured and with tracking. Transit damage claims usually require no return shipment — replacement product ships once documentation is approved.
Refund or replacement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being received and inspected.
