Every roll of LUXE Paint Protection Film is built for real-world durability — self-healing, engineered for clarity and gloss retention, and backed by a manufacturer warranty against defects.
Warranty term
LUXE film is warranted for 10 years from the installation date on select products, and 5 years from the installation date on others. The warranty is tied to the original installation and is not transferable if the vehicle is sold.
What's covered
The LUXE limited warranty covers manufacturing defects that appear under normal use, specifically:
- Loss of adhesion when the film is properly applied to a vehicle
- Bubbling of the film
- Delamination of the film
- Other manufacturing defects, as determined by LUXE Protection Films
What's not covered
- Loss of performance from improper application, installation by a non-authorized installer, or failure to follow provided instructions
- Damage from weather events — hail, excessive sun exposure, sandstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, or other weather-related conditions
- Damage from improper use, incorrect transportation or storage, accidents, road debris, abuse, or vehicle modifications
- Damage from exposure to chemicals or substances that degrade the film
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, scuffs, and general degradation over time
- Paint damage occurring during or as a result of film removal
- Damage resulting from failure to maintain the film as instructed
Warranty conditions
- The warranty applies only to the original vehicle owner and does not carry over if the vehicle is sold
- Film must be installed by an authorized LUXE installer
- The warranty period is not extended by a product replacement — a replacement is covered for the remainder of the original term
- Removal and reinstallation by the consumer or a third party after the original installation is not covered
How to file a claim
- Contact your installer first. Reach out to the authorized installer who performed the installation to attempt resolution directly.
- If the installer can't resolve it, submit a claim. Email info@luxeprotectionfilms.com within 30 days of discovering the defect.

Include everything required:
- A detailed description of the defect
- Clear supporting photographs
- Your original sales receipt or certificate of installation, showing the installer's name and installation date
Claims missing any of the required information are not eligible for warranty coverage. If your claim is approved, LUXE Protection Films will provide replacement product for the defective portion at no cost.
