extent of Luxe Protection Films' liability for any breach of this warranty. In no event will our
liability exceed the purchase price you paid for the product.
Neither Luxe Protection Films nor its installers will be responsible for any losses or damagesincluding direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages-that arise
from the product, no matter the legal theory (such as contract, tort, negligence, or strict
liability).
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
